Sean luc Ahuir reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. By using our services, you agree that it is your responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions periodically for changes and that your use of Sean luc Ahuir services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they constitute a legal agreement between you and Sean luc Ahuir. By visiting our site and/or purchasing any product or service from Sean luc Ahuir you are indicating that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, then you have no right to access or use the Sean luc Ahuir services.
• All readings are experimental and as such no specific results can be guaranteed. The Psychic medium cannot promise to speak to a specific person. Any advice given by the spirit world should be carefully considered and not just acted upon.
• Sean-Luc provides readings for guidance and support only. He takes his work seriously and does not take any responsibility for what you choose to do with the information given, including any actions you might take. The actions you take and the choices you make are solely your responsibility. All readings and questions answered are not a substitute for professional services. At no time should Sean-Luc advice be regarded as legal, medical, psychological, financial or business fact and are subject to your own judgement and interpretation. For any matters as such you should seek a relevant qualified expert
• Readings/Messages are intended for entertainment purposes only and you must be 18 years of age or older before booking a private reading session.
• Some Events are recorded and the footage used or licensed to third parties by Sean-Luc Ahuir. As such, this Agreement contains a media release for any Event footage depicting your name or likeness. See Section (Event Recording, Media Use, and Release Agreement) for full details.
Age Requirement :
• Access to the website, related services, and all events is limited to individuals who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. No minors are permitted to attend events or private readings under any circumstances, including infants and children accompanying an adult.
Event / Seminar Tickets:
All ticket purchases for events hosted by Sean-luc Ahuir are non-refundable. Event dates, times, and venues (including online Zoom links) listed on the ticket are subject to change. Buyers are responsible for verifying any updates by visiting sean-luc.com or consulting official event listings. Sean-luc Ahuir is not responsible for any costs, losses, or damages resulting from changes, cancellations, or technical issues related to the event.
All Sales Are Final:
All ticket sales for events hosted by Sean-luc Ahuir are final. Tickets cannot be transferred, resold, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances. Prices are subject to change at any time. A ticket handling fee, also known as a “box office fee” or “convenience fee,” may be applied by the ticketing platform (Eventbrite). We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused tickets, or any technical issues preventing access to the online event.
All tickets are strictly non-transferable. This includes changes to the registered attendee’s name, event date, or ticket type. To ensure event security, the name on the ticket must match a valid photo ID at entry.
Occasionally, discounted tickets may be offered after the original on-sale date. If a discount is offered, you may request a price adjustment no later than one week before the event by emailing medium@sean-luc.com
. No price adjustments will be made after the event has ended.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Inclement Weather / Cancellation Policy:
All events hosted by Sean-luc Ahuir are subject to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In the unlikely event that the event must be cancelled entirely, a full refund may be issued. However, tickets purchased through Eventbrite are non-refundable unless the event is officially cancelled by Sean-luc Ahuir.
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved to an alternative format or venue, tickets will remain valid for the new date or alternative event. No refunds will be provided for postponements, rescheduling, or changes due to circumstances outside our control, including severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
If you purchased tickets through an external agent or promoter other than Sean-luc Ahuir, please refer to their respective policies regarding cancellations or refunds.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Responsibility for Guests:
By purchasing a Ticket for any Event hosted by Sean-luc Ahuir, you acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to ensure that all attendees using your Ticket are aware of, and agree to, these Terms and Conditions. Attendance at the Event constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by all attendees.
Event Partners, Ticketing, and Refund Policy:
Sean-Luc Ahuir may collaborate with third-party service providers including, but not limited to, promoters, producers, venues, ticketing services, and virtual event platforms (collectively, “Event Partners”) to host or deliver Events. These Event Partners operate independently and are not under the direction or control of Sean-Luc Ahuir.
Participation in an Event may require you to review and agree to the separate terms, conditions, or privacy policies established by the applicable Event Partner (“Event Partner Terms”). By engaging with an Event Partner, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by their terms. Sean-Luc Ahuir does not review, endorse, or adopt any Event Partner Terms and is not responsible or liable for those terms, or for any dealings, interactions, or transactions between you and an Event Partner.
All ticket purchases for Events are processed through Eventbrite. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to Eventbrite’s terms of service and privacy policy. All tickets are strictly non-refundable. By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be provided under any circumstances, except as may be required by applicable law.
Tickets and Purchases:
By completing a purchase through the Website for Private Readings, Event admission, or any other products or services (together, “Tickets”), you agree to pay all applicable charges in full and on time. All prices are listed in euros (€) and must be paid in euros, unless otherwise specified by the relevant Event Partner. Any fees or costs related to currency conversion are your sole responsibility. Prices are exclusive of taxes, duties, or service fees unless explicitly stated.
All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including if you cannot attend the event or experience technical issues on your end.
By providing payment information and completing a purchase, you authorize Sean-Luc Ahuir to charge the full amount for the ticket(s) selected. You confirm that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided and that all information submitted is complete and accurate.
All ticket sales for events hosted by Sean-Luc Ahuir are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that your payment is final and that no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
Tickets are purchased through Eventbrite, and their checkout terms may also apply.
Refund & Sales Policy :
All ticket purchases are final unless explicitly stated otherwise. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold, exchanged, or refunded once purchased, except in the case of event cancellation.
Purchasers are responsible for safeguarding their tickets; lost, stolen, or otherwise misplaced tickets will not be replaced.
Fees paid for Private Readings or other online events, including the Zoom psychic medium event hosted by Sean-luc Ahuir, are non-refundable, even if the event does not meet personal expectations.
In the event that the organizer cancels the event, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered at the discretion of the organizer.
Chargeback Policy:
All ticket sales for Sean-Luc Ahuir’s online Zoom psychic medium event are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you agree not to attempt to bypass this policy through your bank, credit card provider, or payment service for standard transactions.
Exceptions:
If a duplicate payment occurs due to a processing error, please contact me immediately at medium@sean-luc.com. I will review the situation and, if verified, may issue a refund for the accidental duplicate purchase.
In cases of unauthorized or disputed transactions outside of accidental duplicates, Sean-Luc Ahuir reserves the right to: Revoke access to the related tickets or services; Deny access to current or future events; Block associated payment methods or accounts; and Restrict use of the website by any individual linked to the disputed transaction.
All ticket purchases are processed through Eventbrite, and this policy is in addition to Eventbrite’s own terms and conditions.
Conduct and Refunds:
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any participant from the event if their behavior is disruptive, disorderly, or in violation of these terms and conditions. All tickets are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that the event is canceled and no rescheduled date is offered, a refund may be issued at the discretion of the management. Refunds will not include any additional ticketing fees (such as Eventbrite service fees or shipping fees). By purchasing a ticket, you agree to comply with Eventbrite’s terms and conditions in addition to these terms.
Important Ticket Purchase Notice:
Tickets should only be purchased through authorized channels, including the official Eventbrite checkout embedded on this website. Tickets obtained from unofficial or third-party sources may be invalid, counterfeit, lost, or previously reported stolen and may not grant entry to the event.
Admission will only be granted with valid tickets that successfully scan. Tickets reported lost or stolen may be cancelled and denied entry. Purchases made through resellers, brokers, or scalpers are at the buyer’s own risk and may involve inflated pricing.
Sean-Luc Ahuir does not guarantee, replace, honor, or issue refunds for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party platforms. All ticket sales through authorized channels are non-refundable.
Responsibility for Guests:
It is your responsibility, as the Ticket purchaser, to inform all persons who attend any Event on a Ticket purchased by you of the existence of and their duty to be bound by, the Terms and Conditions and Agreement.
Event Recording, Media Use, and Release Agreement :
Public Nature of Events
• Except for Private Readings, all Live Group Events whether held online or in person are open and public. By attending or participating, you acknowledge that your conduct, appearance, and statements at the Event, and for Live Events, in areas surrounding the venue, are public. You understand and agree that you do not have any reasonable expectation of privacy in these settings.
Media Release & Consent:
• By participating in any online or live event hosted by Sean-Luc Psychic Medium, you acknowledge and consent to the recording of the session.
By participating, you grant Sean-Luc Ahuir the irrevocable right to use your image, voice, and likeness in any media for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes. You understand that Sean-Luc Ahuir shall retain sole ownership of all such recordings and materials.
Recording and Photography for Events :
• Unless the Event is a Private Reading, you acknowledge that Sean-Luc Ahuir and/or affiliated partners may photograph, film, audio-record, or otherwise capture you and members of your group during an Online Event or Live Event (“Event Content”). By accessing an Online Event or entering a Live Event venue, you voluntarily consent to being recorded, interviewed, or photographed. If you do not wish to appear in any Event Content, you should not attend or participate.
Grant of Rights and Media Release for Events :
You grant Sean-Luc Ahuir, along with its affiliates, partners, successors, licensees, and assigns, an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, fully transferable, and sublicensable right to use, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, edit, modify, display, and otherwise exploit your name, image, likeness, voice, statements, actions, and other identifying characteristics (“Personal Identifiers”) as captured in the Event Content.
These rights apply to all formats and media now known or developed in the future and may be used in whole or in part for commercial, promotional, marketing, educational, or other purposes connected to Sean-Luc Ahuir, its services, events, or related productions, including compilations and promotional materials. Your Personal Identifiers may be combined with other content, altered, cropped, edited, or used with or without attribution.
You acknowledge that you are not entitled to compensation, royalties, or further consideration beyond the opportunity to attend or participate in the Event, and you waive any future claims against Sean-Luc Ahuir related to the use of the Event Content.
Awareness of Potential Impact:
You understand that Event Content may include personal, sensitive, unflattering, or unfavorable material about you and may be edited or presented in a way you may disagree with or believe to be inaccurate. You acknowledge that the use of such content could result in criticism, embarrassment, or unwanted public attention affecting you or others connected to you.
Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability:
By attending or participating in an Event, you knowingly assume all associated risks. On behalf of yourself and your heirs, representatives, and assigns, you agree to fully release, indemnify, and hold harmless Sean-Luc Ahuir and its partners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and assigns (“Released Parties”) from any claims or liabilities arising from the Event or the use of Event Content, including but not limited to claims for personal injury, property damage, emotional distress, defamation, invasion of privacy, right of publicity, or legal fees. You acknowledge that this release is supported by valid consideration.
Prohibition on Personal Recording :
You may not record, film, photograph, livestream, or otherwise capture any portion of an Event using personal devices or recording tools. This includes online and in-person Events and applies to all formats and platforms. All Event Content is the exclusive property of Sean-Luc Ahuir, and unauthorized recording or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Online Events & Webinars:
The purchaser acknowledges responsibility for the accuracy of all contact information submitted at the time of purchase for any online event or webinar. Sean Luc Ahuir shall not be responsible for non-delivery of emails due to spam filtering, deletion, or technical failures of the purchaser’s email service provider. Any failure to receive access credentials must be reported to medium@sean-luc.com no later than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event.
Access to live online events or webinars requires a stable internet connection and a suitable device. Attendees are solely responsible for ensuring their technical setup meets these requirements. Sean Luc Ahuir accepts no liability for connectivity issues, access problems, or disruptions to the live stream.
You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges.
Any costs related to internet connectivity or data usage while streaming, attending, or engaging in an Online Event are your responsibility. For example, if you access the event through a smartphone using mobile data, whether you are billed will depend on your wireless plan’s terms. We encourage you to verify potential charges with your internet or wireless provider before participating.
All Online Event start times are in Irish Time Zone and it is your exclusive responsibility to convert the start time to your local time.
Account Protection:
To create and safeguard your account, you will need to select login credentials, such as a username and password, and may be required to provide additional security information. You are fully responsible for keeping your login details private and secure. You are not permitted to use another person’s login credentials, share your own credentials with anyone else, or attempt to bypass any security or authentication measures designed to restrict access to the Website.
You agree to promptly inform Sean-Luc Ahuir if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Sean-Luc Ahuir is not responsible for any damages or losses you may experience as a result of someone else accessing your account, whether or not you were aware of such use. Additionally, you may be responsible for any damages suffered by Sean-Luc Ahuir or its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, or representatives arising from unauthorized use of your account.
User-Provided Material
What Counts as User Material:
Any information or material you submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available on the Website including reviews, comments, posts, text, images, videos, GIFs, links, or other forms of media is referred to as your “User Material.”
Rights and Permissions
Ownership and Grant of Rights:
You continue to own all rights to the material you create and share. However, by submitting User Material to the Website, you authorize Sean-Luc to use it. Specifically, you grant Sean-Luc a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to copy, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, and display your User Material in any format or medium now known or later developed.
This authorization is necessary to operate, promote, and display content on the Website.
Restricted and Prohibited Content:
You agree not to submit or distribute any material that:
Is defamatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, excessively violent, obscene, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate; Involves sexual exploitation of minors; Seeks to collect personal information from anyone under 18 or exploits minors in a sexual or violent manner; Encourages or threatens physical harm;Promotes hatred, racism, or intolerance toward any individual or group; Encourages illegal drug use or unlawful activity; Solicits money, advertising, or business without authorization; Violates this Agreement or any Sean-Luc policy, including the Privacy Policy; Reveals confidential, personal, or proprietary information belonging to others; Is false, deceptive, or fraudulent; Includes images or recordings of individuals shared without their consent; Encourages self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders; Infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other legal rights; or Is otherwise offensive or inappropriate, as determined at Sean-Luc’s sole discretion.
Sean-Luc is not obligated to monitor content posted on the Website and disclaims responsibility for user-submitted material. However, Sean-Luc reserves the right to remove prohibited material and to suspend or terminate your access if violations occur. Sean-Luc may also cooperate with law enforcement authorities regarding suspected breaches of this Agreement or applicable laws.
Your Legal Responsibility:
You are solely responsible for the material you share and for ensuring it complies with all laws and does not violate the rights of others. You acknowledge that you may be held legally accountable for damages resulting from content you post, including material that is defamatory, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates privacy or publicity rights.
Visibility and Public Access:
Content you submit to the Website is generally accessible to other users and visitors. Once posted, it may be viewed, copied, or redistributed by third parties beyond your or Sean-Luc’s control. Accordingly, you should not expect complete confidentiality for any information you choose to share and should exercise discretion when posting.
Personal Recording Devices:
The use of cameras, cell phones, and all recording devices of any kind are not permitted.
Filming, recording or reproducing the event online or a Live Event in any way is strictly prohibited. When you enter a Sean luc Ahuir event either online or in person you agree not to film, record or publish any of the event.
Limitation of Liability:
You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after performance, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against Sean luc Ahuir on behalf of yourself and any accompanying patron.
Conduct:
Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management and may not include additional ticketing fees (i.e., ticketing operations fee, shipping fees, etc.).
Private Readings & Sessions:
• We reserve the right to limit or deny service. Recording or taping your session with Sean luc Ahuir is strictly prohibited.
• Private Readings are non-refundable once they have taken place.
• Any money paid is for time spent only and does not guarantee a specific outcome.
• Sessions with Sean luc Ahuir are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind.
• When you book a session with Sean luc Ahuir we cannot guarantee that a specific soul will come through with a message. Readings are a request to the “Other Side” and are considered “Experiments”. Sean luc Ahuir is not able to pick and choose what souls come through.
Please note that because of Sean luc Ahuir busy and unpredictable schedule, on occasion i may have to reschedule your appointment.
• Your psychic medium reading is subject to your own personal interpretation and the guidance given is intended to be for entertainment purposes only. Only one person is allowed to participate or to be present in each reading by Microsoft Teams.
• Your session is not intended to, nor should it ever, take the place of any medical, legal, financial, traditional psychological, or other professional advice and you should always seek the appropriate professional advice. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to book, receive and/or purchase a reading, product or service.
• Zoom readings vary in audio and visual quality based on your internet connection. It is your responsibility to make sure that your zoom account, camera, microphone and internet connection is working appropriately. Sean luc Ahuir is not responsible for service interruptions within Zoom.
• When you book a private session with Sean luc Ahuir, it is a personal session for just you only. Having other people on the Zoom session will result in the reading being cancelled. There are no “shared” readings.
• Reading sessions are provided for entertainment purposes and spiritual insight only. As Psychic Mediumship is experimental, communication with a specific loved one cannot be guaranteed. All information shared is offered as guidance and should be thoughtfully considered before making personal decisions.
• My services do not replace professional advice or treatment. Nothing discussed should be interpreted as legal, medical, psychological, financial, or business advice. For matters of this nature, please consult a qualified professional.
• I am not medically trained and cannot diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment. If you are currently under medical care, please continue following the guidance of your healthcare provider.

You agree that you are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any submissions that you may make to this Site, and that you will not submit material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive or obscene. You further agree not to email personal and confidential information to any of the email addresses or submission forms on medium@sean-luc.com other than asking general questions about products or events or for technical support.
Trademarks & Logos:
The trademarks of Sean luc Ahuir and our affiliates shall not be used without our prior written permission. Trademarks are those that include the Sean luc Ahuir name and logo, and other graphics, logos, page headers, button icons, scripts, and service names of Sean luc Ahuir products, services, and programs, and those of our affiliates.
