• All readings are experimental and as such no specific results can be guaranteed. The Psychic medium cannot promise to speak to a specific person. Any advice given by the spirit world should be carefully considered and not just acted upon.

• Sean-Luc provides readings for guidance and support only. He takes his work seriously and does not take any responsibility for what you choose to do with the information given, including any actions you might take. The actions you take and the choices you make are solely your responsibility. All readings and questions answered are not a substitute for professional services. At no time should Sean-Luc advice be regarded as legal, medical, psychological, financial or business fact and are subject to your own judgement and interpretation. Event / Seminar Tickets:

You must be 18 years of age or older to attend a LIVE event or seminar with Sean luc Ahuir. Please, no lap children or infants.

Admission to a LIVE event or webinar does not guarantee a reading.

Event dates, times, venues which are listed on the ticket, may change. It is up to the Buyer to verify the most recent changes by visiting sean.luc.ahuir@gmail.com or referring to official listings for any changes.

All Sales Are Final. Tickets cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged, or refunded once purchased under any circumstances. All prices are subject to change at any time for any reason. A ticket handling fee also known as a ” box office fee” and or “convenience fee”  may be applied by the box office or venue. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.

I may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original on-sale date. You may request a price adjustment of the different between the original price and the sale price no later than the day of the event by emailing medium@sean-luc.com. No price adjustment can be made after the event has ended.

Online Events & Webinars: 

When purchasing a ticket to an online event or webinar you are responsible for making sure that your email address and contact information is correct. Sean luc Ahuir is not responsible for lost emails including deletion, emails marked as spam, junk or any technical issues receiving emails from your service provider. If you do not receive your login details, you must send an email medium@sean-luc.com no later than one hour prior to the event start time.

When attending an online event or webinar it is up to you to be sure that you have a strong and active internet connection as well as a compatible device to view the LIVE stream.Sean luc Ahuir is not to be held responsible for any technical difficulties, login issues, or interruption in streaming or accessing the stream.

You are responsible for all Internet access charges. Please check with your Internet provider for information on possible Internet data usage charges.

Inclement Weather/ Cancellation:

Sean luc Ahuir will most likely only cancel in a storm if a state of emergency is being issued. However from time to time, there are unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our control. If the event is rescheduled, or the venue is closed for any reason, you will be updated via email as soon as information is available. In the unlikely event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management. If your tickets are through an outside agent or promoter other than Sean luc Ahuir, please refer to their policies.

Personal Recording Devices:

The use of cameras, cell phones, and all recording devices of any kind are not permitted.

Filming, recording or reproducing the event online in any way is strictly prohibited. When you enter a Sean luc Ahuir event either online or in person you agree not to film, record or publish any of the event.

Limitation of Liability:

You assume all risks incidental to the event for which a ticket is issued, whether before, during or after performance, and you waive any claims for personal injury or death against Sean luc Ahuir on behalf of yourself and any accompanying patron.

Conduct:

Management reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed by management to be disorderly or who fails to comply with the terms and conditions herein. In the event of a cancellation for which there is no rescheduled date, a refund for this ticket may be issued at the option of the management and may not include additional ticketing fees (i.e., ticketing operations fee, shipping fees, etc.).

Private Readings & Sessions:

We reserve the right to limit or deny service. Recording or taping your session with Sean luc Ahuir is strictly prohibited.

Sessions with Sean luc Ahuir are considered digital goods/services and there are no refunds or exchanges of any kind.

When you book a session with Sean luc Ahuir we cannot guarantee that a specific soul will come through with a message. Readings are a request to the “Other Side” and are considered “Experiments”. Sean luc Ahuir are not able to pick and choose what souls come through.

Please note that because of Sean luc Ahuir busy and unpredictable schedule, on occasion i may have to reschedule your appointment.

Your psychic medium reading is subject to your own personal interpretation and the guidance given is intended to be for entertainment purposes only. Only one person is allowed to participate or to be present in each reading by Microsoft Teams.

Microsoft Teams readings vary in audio and visual quality based on your internet connection. Sean luc Ahuir is not responsible for service interruptions within the Microsoft Teams network.

When you book a private session with Sean luc Ahuir, it is a personal session for just you only. Having other people on the Microsoft Teams session will result in the reading being cancelled. There are no “shared” readings.

Buyer Beware:

If you purchase tickets from a non-authorized person or outlet, you risk purchasing a lost, stolen or fake ticket that is not valid for admittance, regardless of the event. Only valid tickets will scan to authorize entry for an event. Lost or stolen tickets may be deactivated and thus will not be valid for entry. Anyone who purchases tickets from a “scalper” or ticket broker does so at his/her own risk and in most cases is paying a premium. Sean luc Ahuir is not responsible for replacing or refunding a ticket purchased through a third party broker.
